Byron - the first language school in Istria

Established in 1991 Byron is the first private language school in Istria and the only one all year round school. It is also the only school that prepares candidates for internationally recognized Cambridge ESOL exams with a 100% pass rate.

Presentation of our summer programmes for 12-17 year olds will be held on FEBRUARY 2023 These summer programmes are designed to offer groups of 12-17 year olds an exciting mix of English language tuition, excursions and activities For 2018, Ardingly College will become one of Bell's UK summer centres, playing host to international students focusing on developing their English language skills.

The school is run by Ms Spomenka Lolic, graduated from Faculty of Philosophy,major in children's psychology. She has been visiting England for professional purposes since 1974, and as a former Bell Cambridge School student gained high internationally recognized Certificates in English from University of Cambridge.She is a member of EAT, European Association of Teachers (United Kingdom Section) and HUPE, Croatian Association of Teachers of English.She developed highly efficient teaching technique, The Grammar BomB which combines her experience and expertise in the latest psychological researches in finding the way out of grammatical mazes easily. The members of the Byron expert team are fully qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals who will encourage every individual to reach his or her best potentials.
